Everything Is Energy Management
People often ask me what I do for a living.
The easy answer is that I’m a healer.
Sometimes I teach Reiki.
Sometimes I read the Akashic Records.
Sometimes I help people navigate spiritual awakening.
But the older I get, the more I realize that none of those titles quite fit.
If I had to describe my work in one sentence, I would say this:
I help energy move again.
Because once you start looking closely, everything in life is energy management.
It’s Never Just About The House
When I organize a room, I’m not just organizing a room.
I’m organizing decisions.
Memories.
Priorities.
Relationships.
Identity.
Every object asks a question:
Do I still need this?
Does this still represent who I am?
Does this belong in my future?
Cleaning a cupboard can become an act of healing.
Painting a wall can become an act of forgiveness.
Opening a forgotten drawer can uncover a forgotten part of yourself.
Money Is Energy Too
People often separate spirituality from finances.
I don’t.
Money flows.
It circulates.
It pools.
It stagnates.
It reflects trust, fear, generosity, scarcity, timing, and relationship.
Managing money isn’t just math.
It’s energy management.
The same is true of time.
The same is true of attention.
The same is true of love.
Relationships Need Circulation
Healthy relationships don’t stay healthy by accident.
They require attention.
Conversation.
Repair.
Laughter.
Boundaries.
Gratitude.
They need circulation.
When communication stops, energy stops.
When appreciation stops, energy stops.
When honesty stops, energy stops.
And stagnation begins.
Bodies Speak The Same Language
Our bodies are no different.
Movement is circulation.
Breath is circulation.
Sleep is restoration.
Nutrition is relationship.
Stress often feels like energy with nowhere to go.
Healing isn’t always about adding something.
Sometimes it’s about removing what has been blocking the flow.
Even My Cat Understood
Every spring, my tortoiseshell cat Pippi insisted on inspecting the summer home.
Cupboards.
Closets.
Corners.
She wanted to know what had changed.
At the time, I thought she was checking for mice.
Now I wonder if she was simply practicing stewardship.
She was paying attention.
And attention is one of the purest forms of love.
The Forest Already Knows
Nature has been teaching us this all along.
A stream stays healthy because it flows.
A forest stays healthy because nutrients circulate.
Wetlands filter and redistribute.
Trees exchange resources through their roots.
Nothing in nature thrives by hoarding.
Everything participates.
Everything moves.
Everything gives and receives.
Reiki Changed The Way I See Healing
Mikao Usui taught that Reiki is about letting go.
At first, I thought that meant letting go of stress.
Now I think it means something much bigger.
Let go of the identities that no longer fit.
Let go of inherited fear.
Let go of perfectionism.
Let go of old stories.
Let go of the belief that you have to carry everything.
The river doesn’t need more water.
It needs fewer dams.
Walking Between Worlds
People often imagine that walking between worlds means communicating with spirit.
For me, it means something much simpler.
It means recognizing that the same principles apply everywhere.
The way you care for your kitchen often reflects the way you care for your body.
The way you manage your finances often reflects the way you manage your attention.
The way you restore an old room often reflects the way you restore your nervous system.
The inner and outer worlds are constantly speaking to one another.
They are mirrors.
The Great Restoration
I used to think healing was about fixing broken things.
Now I think it’s about restoring circulation.
Sometimes that means decluttering a closet.
Sometimes it means ending a relationship.
Sometimes it means crying.
Sometimes it means taking a nap.
Sometimes it means repainting a cupboard.
Sometimes it means finally telling the truth.
Every act that restores flow is an act of healing.
The Invitation
You don’t have to become someone new.
You don’t have to manifest a different life overnight.
You don’t have to force the river.
Just look around.
Where has energy stopped moving?
What have you been postponing?
What deserves your attention?
Maybe your next spiritual breakthrough isn’t waiting in a mountaintop meditation.
Maybe it’s waiting in the drawer you’ve been meaning to clean out.
Maybe healing has always been less about escaping this world…
and more about learning how to tend it with love.
