Akashic Reiki brings Reiki together with a guided connection to the Akashic Records. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect question—or know anything about the Records. We begin with what feels present for you now.

What is Akashic Reiki?
In an Akashic Reiki session, I work with Reiki and the Akashic Records to listen for what may be ready for attention. We might explore a repeating life theme, a transition, a question about purpose or relationships, or simply your wish to feel more connected to yourself.
Some people describe a season of change as moving from survival toward a more heart-led way of living. If that language resonates with you, we can explore your experience gently and keep it connected to the choices and relationships in your everyday life.
You’re welcome just as you are.
You don’t have to understand energy work, prepare a list of questions, or have a particular kind of spiritual experience. Curiosity is enough.

What to expect
01 · Settle in
We begin by talking about what brought you in and what you’d like support with. A clear question can help, but it’s completely fine if you’re still finding the words.
02 · Receive Reiki
I offer Reiki while opening a guided connection to the Records. The session is responsive to you; it may include intuitive impressions, imagery, emotion, quiet, or a sense of deep rest.
03 · Reflect
We leave space to reflect on what stood out and what feels useful to carry into your next steps. Every session is different, and no particular experience is expected.
